Rules & Regulations

​

• We request that your dog’s food be pre-measured in individual baggies (No Containers or Dog Food Bags please). A $1.50 fee per meal will be included if food is not pre-measured and packaged individually with dog’s name labeled.

• We provide raised Kuranda beds. You are welcome to bring your dog's bed, blankets, treats, or toys to comfort them in their suite. 

• We are able to administer medication/ointment prescribed to your dog as long as it is kept in its original container. We charge $2.25 per application of medication/ointment.

• All dogs must be healthy and free from any condition which could jeopardize others. Do not bring your dog to daycare if they are not well.

• We require proof of current vaccinations: Rabies, DHPP & Bordetella (Kennel cough). 

• Dogs must be free of kennel cough or completed kennel cough medication 14 days prior to visit, if contracted.

• We recommend all dogs to be on an  oral flea treatment program. Please do not administer a topical treatment within 7 days of visiting Woof Park Lodge.

• Dogs are required to wear a quick release collar with identifying name tags and be on a 4-6ft. leash. (No retractable leashes)

• We cannot accept any dog that is pregnant, in heat, that ailments such as stitches, bandages, open wounds, etc. or that has been sick or on an antibiotic within the last 7 days.

• All service fees are due at time of pick up.

• Owners are fully responsible for any injuries that their dogs may instigate or incurs. Dog owners are also responsible for their own veterinarian if an accident occurs while participating in activities.

• Dogs like children sometimes get sick. Woof Park Lodge will monitor and evaluate on a daily basis the health of all our dogs to ensure the healthiest and safest environment. We will email any illnesses that become present at any given time. WPL will not be responsible for any veterinarian bills of his nature.

• Rates are subject to change at any time.

• No refunds.

non-Holidays

• A deposit equal to one night stay is required to secure your reservation. (Summer & stays of 6 nights or more require $100 deposit)

• If you are a no show or cancel within 72hrs prior to your boarding reservation, you will forfeit your deposit.

• Deposits cancelled within 72hrs of reservation cannot be used as credit toward other services.

• For overnight stays more than 10 nights, a 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at check-in. 

 

Holidays

• For all holiday’s we will require a minimum 3 night stay.

• Holiday reservations require a $100 deposit to secure your reservation.

• If you are a no show or cancel within 72hrs prior to your boarding reservation you will forfeit your deposit.

• Deposits cancelled within 72hrs of reservation cannot be used as credit toward other services.
